The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Do you need to visit our home before providing a quote?
    No need, unless you would like us to! We ask our customers to provide us their home address, details, and information over the phone or on our online booking system so we can give a proper quote. We want the process to be seamless and easy. Once we receive your booking, we check it against Zillow or Trulia to confirm the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. If any reason it exceeds what's in the booking details (because client doesn't need one or two bedrooms cleaned), we then request from the client to correct the order to the true home details.
  • How do I schedule a house cleaning?
    To schedule a house cleaning, visit our online booking page here and enter your home and personal details. Select which service you would like whether it be a general clean, deep clean, or a move-in/move-out cleaning. Don't know what the difference is between our services? Visit our Services page here. You can also add specific needs such as laundry, fridge clean, and more. A credit card must be on file in order to hold your booking. It will not be charged until services have been performed. Once you have entered your details, you will receive an email confirmation with all your booking details. It's as easy as that! You have the option to create an account, login, and view your booking or make any changes. Also, you may also schedule a cleaning with one of our customer service representatives by calling us directly at 469.277.7031.
  • Do I have to be home when the cleaner arrives?
    You do not need to be present when your house cleaner arrives but you are more than welcome to be. Many of our customers just inform us how and where to enter their home, whether with a key or code. We keep all information and keys safe and secure!
  • How often should I clean?
    For first time customers, we recommend an initial deep clean and continue with recurring general house cleaning service to maintain the cleanliness of your home. Choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring service.
  • Will I have the same house cleaner each time?
    We want you to enjoy the continuity of our service so we make every effort to send the same house cleaner to your home. We hire and thoroughly train all our cleaners and communicate any specific details for each clients home.
  • How do I pay for my cleaning?
    Payment is due to the day that your house cleaning is performed. When scheduling service, we do recommend that a credit card is on file to hold the booking. Your credit card will not be charged until services have been rendered. We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard.
  • Should I tip my cleaner?
    If you are satisfied with your service, you are more than welcome to tip your cleaner cash after completion of the service. You may also log into your account and add gratuity to your booking. If you would like us to add it to your booking for you, call, email, or text us directly and we will be happy to add it.
  • Could I be charged more the day of my service?
    If by any means, our cleaner arrives on your booking and the conditions of the home is not within normal standard condition that was mentioned at the initial time of booking, you may be subject to additional fees. We will of course discuss any pricing adjustments. We want to ensure we are providing you the right service to get your home in tip top shape!
  • Do you offer giftcards?
    Yes! We offer gift cards and certificates for all occasions such as birthdays, Mother’s and Father’s Day, anniversaries or just a simple gift to a friend! Feel free to visit our gift card page of our website to purchase a gift card for any value.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Any cancellations must be notified 24 hours in advance of your scheduled booking time. If not, there is a cancellation fee which is 50% charge of the total booking price.

We currently accept payments through Credit Card . We do ask for a credit card upon booking to hold your appointment. We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard. Your credit card will not be changed until services have been performed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled booking. If not you will be subject to a 50% charge of the total booking fee.
