When I first contacted this company to get a quote, in my mind it was pretty high for what I was asking. So, I turned it down. No attitude towards me at all for saying no. I was treated just as nicely as I was when I was a potential customer. I waited a few weeks and considered looking somewhere. But, I remembered how I was treated on the "no". I thought, you know, I know they might be higher than others, but there's probably a reason they are. Indeed it was much better. I gave a tip for their services, then updated tip to give even more. Truly service above what was expected. So it is true..."You get what you pay for". Every clean is quoted as a flat fee before we start, so the price you agree is the price you pay — there is no hourly meter and no surprise charge at the end. Pricing is based on the size of your home and the type of clean you need, so we ask for your address, bedroom count and bathroom count when you book.
Do you need to visit my home before giving a quote?
No. A home visit is not necessary unless you would prefer one. Give us your home details over the phone at (469) 277-7031 or through the online booking form and we can quote accurately from that.
Are your cleaners bonded and insured?
Yes. Dallas Housemaids is bonded and insured and carries $1 million in liability coverage, so your home and your belongings are protected while our team is working in them.

What is the difference between a general clean and a deep clean?
A general house clean covers the regular upkeep of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas. A deep clean goes after the build-up a routine visit does not reach — baseboards, appliance interiors, grout, vents and the surfaces behind and underneath furniture. Most homes start with a deep clean and move to general cleans after that.
What happens if I am not happy with the clean?
