No, a home visit is not necessary unless you prefer it. We ask customers to provide their home address and details over the phone or through our online booking system to give an accurate quote. We verify the number of bedrooms and bathrooms using Zillow or Trulia. If there are discrepancies, we will ask you to correct the order details. This ensures we provide an accurate and fair quote for our services.
To book a cleaning service, visit our online booking page and fill in your home and personal details. Select the type of service you need: general clean, deep clean, or move-in/move-out cleaning. You can also add specific needs like laundry or fridge cleaning. A credit card is required to hold your booking, but it won't be charged until the service is completed. You'll receive an email confirmation with all the details. You can also schedule by calling 469.277.7031 or emailing info@dallashousemaids.com.
You do not need to be present when your Dallas Housemaids cleaner arrives, but you are welcome to be. Many customers provide us with entry instructions, such as a key or code. We keep all information and keys safe and secure. Your convenience and security are our top priorities.
For first-time customers, we recommend starting with an initial deep clean. To maintain the cleanliness of your home, you can choose from our recurring general house cleaning services, available on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Our team will work with you to determine the best schedule based on your specific needs and preferences.
We want you to enjoy the continuity of our service so we make every effort to send the same house cleaner to your home. We hire and thoroughly train all our cleaners and communicate any specific details for each clients home.
Payment is due to the day that your house cleaning is performed. When scheduling service, we do recommend that a credit card is on file to hold the booking. Your credit card will not be charged until services have been rendered. We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard.
If you are satisfied with your service, you are more than welcome to tip your cleaner cash after completion of the service. You may also log into your account and add gratuity to your booking. If you would like us to add it to your booking for you, call, email, or text us directly and we will be happy to add it.
Yes! We offer gift cards and certificates for all occasions such as birthdays, Mother’s and Father’s Day, anniversaries or just a simple gift to a friend or family! Feel free to visit our gift card page of our website to purchase a gift card for any value.
Any cancellations must be notified 24 hours in advance of your scheduled booking time. If not, there is a cancellation fee which is 50% charge of the total booking price.
